The reference to Barcelona would not be familiar to you. In the old English television series 'Fawlty Towers' the waiter, Manuel, is treated as if he is stupid because he doesn't understand English ways and the English language very well.

He was often referred to as 'being from Barcelona' as a way of expressing that he could not understand things.

Hence the "Que, Que?" loosely translated as "What, What?"

My reference to Barcelona is that to me the expression "Daft Punk Interstella 555" is as unintelligible as Manuel's understanding of strange English customs.
